Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods :

• Prepaid Payments : Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) : Available for select orders and select pin codes as per below conditions

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

A ₹100 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee is applicable to all COD orders. This charge is added to cover the additional processing and logistics costs associated with Cash on Delivery services.

The applicable COD fee will be reflected in your order total at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Verification

For all  customers placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, an order verification message will be sent via WhatsApp.

The message will request the customer to confirm their order by replying "YES" to proceed with dispatch or "NO" to cancel the order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched only after receiving the customer's confirmation. If no confirmation is received within the specified timeframe, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.

This verification process helps us ensure a smooth shopping experience and reduce unsuccessful deliveries.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If a customer refuses to accept or rejects a Cash on Delivery (COD) order for any reason, and subsequently places a new order, the replacement order will be processed only on a prepaid basis.

Additionally, the customer will be required to pay the Return to Origin (RTO) charges incurred for the previously rejected COD shipment. The new order will be dispatched only after the full prepaid payment, including the applicable RTO charges, has been received.

⚠️ COD Eligibility Restrictions : 

COD is not available in the following cases :

• Orders above ₹3500 in value
• International orders

All such orders must be placed using prepaid payment options only.
