Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed and packed within 24-48 hours after confirmation. During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines (Domestic Shipping – India):
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other locations: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
Delayed Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines are managed by third-party logistics providers. If your shipment is delayed or requires assistance, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Other Important Policy
- We will not be liable if the package is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address or an incorrect/unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
- In that case, Reshipment expenses along with RTO cost will be borne by the customer.
- Please ensure that you provide the correct address and a reachable contact number.
- If your parcel status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
- It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and track their parcel.
